Delete your account

Last updated: 2 October 2026

This page explains how to delete your account in Lamma (the app and the web game, by its developer Mohammad Areesheh) and the data tied to it. An account is optional: playing needs none. An account is made with an email address to open your purchases on another device or on the web.

1. Delete it in the game

1. Open Lamma and choose «المزيد» (More) on the home screen.
2. Choose «الحساب» (Account), and sign in with your email if you are not signed in.
3. Choose «حذف الحساب» (Delete account), then confirm with «احذفوا الحساب نهائيًا».

The account is deleted at once, and the deletion cannot be undone.

2. Ask by email

If you cannot open the game, write from the account's own email address to lamma@areesheh.com with the subject “Delete my Lamma account”. We carry out the request within 30 days and confirm it by email.

3. What is deleted

• Your account and email address at the sign-in provider (Clerk).
• Your email address in the creator-code records.
• Your name and email address in the question workshop, and your name on categories you wrote, if you took part.
• What you bought on the game's website: it goes with the account, because it is tied to it.

4. What is kept

• Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play: they stay tied to your store account, not to a Lamma account, and you can restore them on your device with «استرجاع المشتريات» (Restore purchases).
• Transaction records at RevenueCat and Paddle, and the ticket history: kept for as long as tax, accounting and legal duties require.
• Earlier analytics events, if you agreed to them: they remain under a bare identifier that no longer points to you once the account is deleted.
• Aggregated or anonymous play statistics.

Full details on the data and how long it is kept are in the Privacy Policy.
